No.
You may either:

  • Choose from our ready-made design templates or

  • Upload your own artwork, photos, or designs

All uploaded files are kept strictly confidential and used only for printing your order.

How do I upload my own design?
  • Select a product

  • Click Customize Now

  • In the design tool, click the File Menu → Import Design

  • Upload your file from your device or cloud source

Can you guarantee the engraving color shown on the website?

No.
Engraving shades may vary depending on:

  • Material type

  • Surface texture

  • Laser engraving intensity

Slight variations are normal and expected.

Will the printed colors match the colors in my uploaded image?

Due to the nature of printing processes (CMYK) and screen differences (RGB), we cannot guarantee color matching.
Some variation in brightness, sharpness, and tone may occur in heat-transfer and printing processes.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Can I return the order to the courier agent and get a refund?

No.
Courier partners cannot process returns or issue refunds at the doorstep.

We use high-quality protective packaging for all fragile and breakable products to ensure safe delivery.

What if the products I received are damaged or broken?

We take maximum care during packaging and shipping.
However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong item

Please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We will verify the issue and assist you with a replacement as per our Return Policy.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with:

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking number

If you are unavailable during delivery:

  • The courier will make additional re-attempts

  • If still undelivered, the package may return to VebPrints

We are not liable for delays caused by missed deliveries or unavailability.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

At the moment, COD is not available.

Can I cancel an order?

We begin processing and printing orders within the same day to ensure fast delivery.
You may cancel your order only if it has not entered production.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible only before production starts.
To cancel your order:

  1. Email support@vebprints.com with your order number, or

  2. Call our Customer Care team

Our team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

When will I receive a refund for a cancelled order?
  • Once we confirm the cancellation, refund processing begins within 48 hours.

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your bank account.

  • For credit card payments, it may take 20–22 working days depending on the bank’s processing timeline.

You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.

What is the cancellation fee?

A minimum cancellation fee of ₹30 is deducted to cover payment gateway charges.
The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Can I return the products I have received?

Since all our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions apply only in cases of:

  • Damage during transit

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered

Please report such issues within 48 business hours of delivery by emailing support@vebprints.com with photos of the problem.

We will replace the damaged/incorrect product after verification.

If I return a product at my own expense, will I be refunded for shipping?

Only applicable if:

  • You received the wrong product or

  • The product does not match the order

After Customer Support confirms the return:

  • You may return the item and send us a scanned courier receipt within 7 days.

  • We will refund courier charges up to ₹150 per kg.

  • If you cannot provide a receipt, a flat ₹100 will be refunded toward courier cost.

What if the product received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care immediately with:

  1. Order number (in the email subject)

  2. Details of the issue

  3. Photos showing the defect/damage

  4. Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

What is the refund policy if delivery is delayed?

We aim to deliver orders within the timeline shown at checkout.

  • All payment information (card details, net banking credentials, etc.) is correct

  • Your billing details match your card/bank records

  • Your internet connection is stable and uninterrupted

If your account was debited but the order was not confirmed:

  • The amount will automatically be refunded by your bank within 7–10 business days

We will check the status with our finance team and ensure the order is activated if payment was received.

Amount deducted from my account, but the order is not showing. What should I do?

This may happen due to temporary issues with the payment gateway.

Steps to follow:

  3. We will verify payment with our finance team

  4. Once confirmed, your order will be activated manually

  5. You can track it from My Account → Order History
