Most paid orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Absolutely!
We use high-quality protective packaging for all fragile and breakable products to ensure safe delivery.
We take maximum care during packaging and shipping.
However, if you receive:
A damaged product
A defective item
A wrong item
Please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We will verify the issue and assist you with a replacement as per our Return Policy.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with:
Courier partner name
Tracking number
If you are unavailable during delivery:
The courier will make additional re-attempts
If still undelivered, the package may return to VebPrints
We are not liable for delays caused by missed deliveries or unavailability.
At the moment, COD is not available.
We are working to introduce this option soon.
Currently, we do not ship outside India.

We begin processing and printing orders within the same day to ensure fast delivery.
You may cancel your order only if it has not entered production.
To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Support immediately with your order number:

Your order may also be cancelled if the payment has not been received or fails verification.
Cancellation is possible only before production starts.
To cancel your order:

Our team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Once we confirm the cancellation, refund processing begins within 48 hours.
Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
For credit card payments, it may take 20–22 working days depending on the bank’s processing timeline.
You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
A minimum cancellation fee of ₹30 is deducted to cover payment gateway charges.
The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Since all our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions apply only in cases of:
Damage during transit
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect product delivered
Please report such issues within 48 business hours of delivery by emailing support@vebprints.com with photos of the problem.
We will replace the damaged/incorrect product after verification.

After Customer Support confirms the return:
You may return the item and send us a scanned courier receipt within 7 days.
We will refund courier charges up to ₹150 per kg.
If you cannot provide a receipt, a flat ₹100 will be refunded toward courier cost.
